At a Toyota dealership

yesterday and noticed every vehicle that went in to the service area they did a quick wheel alignment test on each wheel. I ask the service writer if Toyota had alignment problem and he stated NO just a courtesy check for their customers. ??????????? It was fast and easy with portable deals they hung on each wheel at the same time. Never saw that before [?][?]

They do that not as a courtesy, but as a way to make more money by selling alignments.

We do the same for all our Buick & Cadillac customers. Some sort of a free VIP thing I think.
