    again, hell will freeze, but IIRC what s-f said in the now locked thread was correct.

    and, of course, after s-f posted that, the thread was convieniently locked.

    I looked it up in the archive. Yep been a year ago and if anything positive would have happened you could bet it would have been put on this forum. The state rejected the tort claim. Looks to me like there is a positive vendeta against. No questions asked. I am taking my SS out for a spin.

    I can see no reason why that thread should be locked...no forum posting guidelines were being violated...but it is what it is.

    After dealing with forums since 1998 I've found there are the posted rules and then there are the un written rules. Hard to get the un written ones as no one seems to want to spell them out.
