I think I've seen it all now.

Just checking out the local gun ads, and I see a listing for a brand new, complete DPMS AR lower. Either it's a misprint, or they're on some heavy duty, highly-classified opiates, and they're taking them by the handful.

$1750.[:0][:0]

That has to be some kind of record asking price for an AR lower.

Apparently in some parts of this country the ignants are parting with that kind of money. Prices are coming down around these parts.

About a month late for trying to pull that kind of prices. He'll get it next time. Sure the dollar may have fallen further so the price might not be as absurd [:D].

We got a guy trying to sell a Norinco SKS in a synthetic stock for a little over $900. But he'll throw in the original stock too.

They're through the roof. My dad came down from Northern, Nv. recently. Ads in the local papers there are showing high-dollar for anything AR related. He said he wanted to buy an AR, but he's not going to shell out the 1700 bucks + people are asking. I let him take one of my AR's home with him to keep it for me at his house.
