On a serious note wallie, my late uncle had a cigarette lighter pistol that looked quite a bit like your pictured piece.
It was made from some cheap pot metal and kind of heavy. I'd bid #5 at 10.00 dollars but would go up to #2 45.94 out of nostalgia.
My high bid would also depend on if the grips are bakealite.
