I'm trying it out. Got some Ky Lake Crappie out of the freezer. Laid them on a grate in a pan, put pineapple chunks on top, another layer of crappie, then more pineapple. Then poured the juice and added some butter slices. It's in the oven right now.
I'll let you know how it turns out.

1 plate leftover rice and green beans microwaved.
one Sam Adams Lager beer.
Place heated food on wobbly TV tray. Place beer next to food. Sit down and jostle said wobbly TV tray, so that the aforementioned Sam Adams lager tips over, and drenches everything in sight. Lovely.
Enjoy!!!!!
Peace

A few beers later you would have inspired your artistic side into creating a leftover masterpiece!
Everything chopped into bite size bits and a couple of eggs added into the fold and wa la!
After a table collapse the eggs would have held everything together and you would not have had to look under the couch for those missing beans![:p]

That almost sounds like a challenge![:D]
I've had beer battered pork chops before, Dan, but not quite the way you've done it! Some days are like that...
