I would say Illinois is worse, having driven through Chicago numerous times.

The worst drivers are the ones in front, to the side and behind you even if you are horrible driver!

I have been with people cursing up a blue streak and they are the guilty party, it does no use to tell them so I add them to the list of those I won't ride with :)
Why don't we go to school and work on the weekends and take the week off!

If Washington didn't make the top 10 list, they used some kind of BS study criteria.

Texas is number 4,, that's a surprise. Maybe it's the gazillion refugees and illegals,, BUT THEY CAN'T DRIVE,, I mean surely insurance to illegals isn't sold. Need drivers license to get insurance,, surely illegals aren't getting official state drivers licenses.

Troopers issued more than 72,000 citations and warnings across the state during the past year's six-day holiday enforcement period. They also made 439 arrests for driving while intoxicated, 289 fugitive arrests and 229 felony arrests during the same period.
I'll bet none of them were illegal aliens with a drivers license,, or maybe they were all named Juan Gonzalez no known address.

    72,000 x $100 = $7.2 Million, WoW, crimes a good deal for the state.

That study is unfiltered cow cookies, and whoever penned it never had to deal with Idaho drivers heading north through the Bitterroot.[}:)]

Just the "speeding" alone skews the results heavily toward the big western states. Kinda' surprising not to see Wyoming on the list too.

And states like Florida and Georgia don't even rate???? I'd say that's a BS study! Oh wait, everyone in FL drives under the speed limit (like way under)...that makes it safer, how???

The "oldsters" in Florida can not see over the steering wheel any longer. Thus they follow the geese, and geese never fly over 65.
