    He said it was with a bicycle style pump.

    I remember reading that the air rifle was so effective against Napolean that he ordered anybody captured with one to be immediately executed.

    I also remember reading that they charged them with a bellows style pump.

    I wonder if you can get one of those replicas he's talking about in the video?

    I loves me an air rifle.

    I'm a pretty damn good shot and that's all because of the thousands of pellets and BB's I've sent down range since I was about eight years old.

    WOW, amazing fire power for the time. Could go through a 1" board at 100 yards. Must have been expensive and difficult to make.

    Here I was thinking all these PCP(pre-charged pneumatic) air rifles were a new thing.

    There are some impressive ones on the market now.
