Pictures on auctions

I have loaded picture onto the GB site for a listing. I took the photos (jpeg) then cropped them to size. On the 'load pictures' (where I create my listing) the pictures are HUGH!! Won't this take a while to load for viewers? Is there something else I should be doing? ...once an auction will the pictures be smaller??

I think pictures in auctions make folks bid easier on your items [:)]

Look at this one, that is $6.25 per box of 50, I bet if has nice pic/s it would bring more, well it still might.
