I would like to meet people from the forums while I'm down there and if anyone has an Idea for a time place just post it here. I will be there for the whole show so anytime is good with me.

Do they make you use union labor to assemble everything?...I worked a AWS show in Detroit several years ago, I had a display (60 watt light)I had to plug in, a union electrician had to do it [xx(]
Don
I remember one show I was in, we had to get an union electrician to run the the extension cords [:D] I believe it was in Chitcago [xx(]

I've done this long enough to know all the union rules and how to work with them. Our booths are always designed specifically to not be covered by their rules

Maybe not an electrician but a plumber!

I hope you get the booth in focus before the grand opening.

I can imagine.
If it's a "Smart phone" you might need to tap the screen to make it focus on whatever you want to take a picture of.
But anyhoo - there's two from Nuuk coming overthere.
Nuuk is the city in Greenland where I live. I guess they had the resources to go and just went for it. =o)

It usually does better than that. I will have to fiddle with it more today.
Will keep my eyes open for anyone from Nuuk

You should notice them, only ones wearing seal skin boots [:D]
Everything is put together and erected. Now we just have to put up the graphics and put the lights on. All the computers are wired and working!!
No poofing threads when there are passers-by. You don't want to give away our secrets.
My SHOT Show guide shows GB located on the second floor in booth #15147. If this information is not correct please let us all know because it is hard enough to navigate around the Sands Convention Center with a good information. With bad info, finding GB might well be impossible!
That is us, right near NRA and Freedom Group.
I can only imagine what you have to pack up to do these things. It has to be a MONUMENTAL ordeal....you guys handle it all without blinking an eye. That is amazing.
It all goes in 18 of those crates you see in the pictures. We spend a great deal of time making sure everything is right and fits and we have all the parts. Our team is TOP notch and works their tail off just getting prepped from November till now. (But, actually we start planning for next year while we are still here.)
5 of us put the whole thing up, in 2 days and some change....
Union buster! [:D]

Yes it is for us, but a little organization can help a lot. It looks like the Capt'n has it down to a science. We sometimes ship out booth graphic panels to Vegas then just pick them up at the Fed Ex there. That way everything else fits on the plane. Oh, except the rig/trailer, which we have to haul across Hoover Dam with the usual bomb inspection.

Wow! 18 crates is a lot of stuff!
Do they serve free beer at your show? I hate that, having to answer 400 semi-coherent questions from drunk roofers who have no intention of buying anything. [:D]

Nothing is Free in Vegas. [:)]
We have beer in our booth, but no the attendees here are usually mostly sober.
I will stop by and see you guys while at the show and try to win a race truck[:D]
Looks like you guys are up against the wall this year>

That wall folds up, the CES show was in there all week and they are still tearing down. They are supposed to open it up tonight. Come get the trucks while they last. I'm almost out, since we are running Ford this year I need to order some new ones with the new paint scheme.
I know, 2 days and some change....IS.
