I like lima beans as a side to meatloaf.
I also like cranberry sauce with a lot of different meals, not just turkey at Thanksgiving.
I always liked corn and/or green beans.

+1 Gets my vote.
We had meatloaf tonight, with mashed taters and baked asparagus (olive oil & kosher salt, 425 degrees)
asparagus sounds good. Dont have any fresh though. Do have canned(store bought) but that stuff sucks.

Always till this last year thought that the can stuff was how it always was. Then I grilled some this last year, Way different and really good.

Asparagus tip..........use a separating type Italian dressing. The spices in the dressing dress up the veggie.............
Mighty fine!
mashed potatos meatloaf mashed potatos
Thats how I'd put it on the plate. Nothing you could add would be as good as more mashed potatos.
Clouder..
