wife scared the poop out of me today

I was in my shop grinding some parts for a customer, when the old lady came up behind me and grabbed my butt. Not cool. I jammed the piece I was working on into the grinder, and it went flying across the room. It got all tore up and the damn grinding wheel took skin off my fingers and knuckle. I couldn't even get mad at her because she was just trying to kid around with me and we had been doing this to each other all day. Just not a good idea when someone is running a tool or machine. She couldn't apologize enough and made up for it with a good dinner and some tlc. All in all, good day.[:)][:)][:)]

    so many times been at a friend's house and got snuck up on by their girlfriend/wife. (not grabbing my butt though) wanted to tell them how close they were to getting an elbow in the face. I hate that. grrr

    At least it was your wife and not some dude. You might look for high school shop safety videos and sit her in front of it. Also you don't have the yellow work circle?

    That is one reason why insurance rates are so high everybody wants something for nothing

    [:D][:D] Pretty close to what an insurance adjuster told me once. He said if you ever get in an accident where someone runs into you, ALWAYS don't move and request an ambulance take you to the hospital. Ack like your in pain, back hurt is good.

    Even with no injuries what-so-ever, your sure to get a minimum of 5 grand easy settlement from the other fellows insurance company.

    ..My hearing isn't very good and directional hearing is worse. My wife often comes into the room and says something...anything...and startles the crap out of me. One of these days I'll be running a chainsaw or the splitter when I get a tap on the shoulder.
