Are there clear differences in these models?

    Most if not all the internal parts are the same on all three models.

    The stock on the 425 will fit the 325, and the XS guns, but not the 525 or the 625 which have a different stock.

    The 625 has a little bit better triggers and longer smoother forcing cones from the factory than the 525.

    The 625 has a sharper curve in the trigger hand grip than the 425 which gets your hand closer to the trigger.

    The remaining differences in the 525 and the 625 are cosmetic.
