That is one gun I wish I never sold [?] They are very accurate, and I like the bbl length. A 6'3" friend just bugged me for it for over a year. He uses it for a trail carry piece.

As I was informed but never researched it they make the Lady Smith without markings.

I'm not sure what gave Smith and Wesson the idea that calling a gun a "lady" anything would help sales.

I carry a S&W 60-9 .357 Magnum Lady Smith every day. Doesn't bother me a bit. I also have a S&W 60-9 that's a Chief's Special .357. The only difference I can find between the two guns is one has "Lady Smith" on the side plate and the other doesn't.

I want a model 65, but not one that has been polished enough to take engraving off of it.
