My son has been looking for a 1911 in nickel finish and this came up on the search. Nickel? And if you are a gun shop, why don't you know the difference?

The '70 series could be had blue, satin or bright nickle.
at first i thought "coltguard" which was their E-nickel finish, but now i think it's stainless that was glass bead blasted.......
can't explain the blued parts.[B)]

Ss perhaps?
Now KEVD18, you know you are the king of the opposite of perhaps.
Since you don't give anybody else a perhaps, if you don't know just say so.
And if you're right and it is Ss, let be be the first to call myself a *. The rest can chime in later.[;)]
I have one just like it.....
I bought this gun new from the distributor, so I know that everything is right.

Im thinking its poor quality pics and its an E Nickel finsh...but Im not sure what years the E Nick finish was available.
I think" Ive seen that same gun listed and sold on GB 2-3 times in the last 2-3 years...same blued fire control parts anyway.
A good price if it is E Nickel...[;)]

Is that a typo or the gun for the one born every minute?
Look at his other auctions. When did this become a $620 gun???

That's some inflation.
