I was at Cabala's this Saturday, all the cheaper 223 on one long shelf was cleaned out. You could buy more expensive 223.

They also eliminated the .22 rimfire section and put some $20 a box Eley on the end. You could also get 150 Remington Thunderbolts if you bought the Rem oil package for $35[xx(]

The Cabela's in Delaware had a ton of it. The 5.56 was all gone, but plenty of all different 223 was there. They had a poop load of Remington core-lok ammo in 30-30,308,243 and so on. I bought some 243 in 80 grains and 150 grains 30-30. It was 14.99 a box. They had just about every caliber except 257 Roberts. That cabelas does not carry it[:(] Lots of 22 hornet and so on. They even had 22lr, but it was way over priced and no one was buying it.

I'm seeing it around $.75 per round on the local "list", both PMC X-tac and Federal XM855.

What brought you up this way? I live 20 mins from that Cabelas in DE. In the past week, I've gotten about 2000 rds of 22lr there at good prices. Was in there today, still had a decent amount of bulk pach 556. Reloading section has taken a big hit though.
