Getting Back Fees, Part Deux

10 days have passed, still no word form anyone, but damned if I can find the link to request the fee refund.
Help!?

Unfortunately I haven't answered my own question. Understand the 10 day business, but now that it's passed I can't find the link to request the refund. That's what I need help with.

Click on the auction....in your ended section.

Go 1/2 down and look for seller's tools....click on Nonpaying bidder report.

This will open up your options for when an auction has problems.

You will have to send the buyer a report and you will also see where you can "file for credit."

You could NOT be more wrong....they have been very quick to answer EVERY email I have sent and have even gone one step further and contacted ME to ask how things were going after I had a problem in the past. I couldn't say more good things about how Gun Broker handles things. This is why I don't even bother to list my things on any other site (which I easily could) because I feel "taken care of" on this site.

The easy solution would be to have an Auction Support forum. That would be a handy catch all for the moderators who will no longer have to lock these support threads: Just send them all to the Auction Support forum and let them run their course. If someone can answer the support questions or solve problems on the auction side that would be great (although I have no clue which member of this forum can do anything like that), otherwise the support issues are out of sight and out of mind and moderators held blameless since nothing need be locked.
