"WHERE is my SUNDAY paper?" The irate customer calling the newspaper office loudly demanded to know where her Sunday edition was.

"Madam," said the newspaper employee, "Today is Saturday. The Sunday paper is not delivered until tomorrow, on SUNDAY!"

There was quite a long pause on the other end of the phone, followed by a ray of recognition as she was heard to mutter...
"Well, crap, that explains why no one was at church either."

We here, having made that mistake more than once, took action!

We have a One-Handed Clock, that points to the Day of the Week! Trash Day, Shopping Day, Sunday, etc. Helps, somewhat.

A day early isn't bad.

Imagine my surprise a few years ago, when I headed to town for a gun show at the senior center, only to walk in and see a bunch of seniors eating lunch.

I remember at least once waking up in a panic to get out to the bus stop to catch the school bus. Only to realize it was Saturday not Friday. Pre dementia!

Most of my Life I worked Mon - Fri. Except while in the Marines.

I now work Mon - Thur. When Sunday Rolls around everything in my body tells me I should be at work.
