My Favorite and I still have it is a:
1975 Dodge Power Wagon W100
360 Motor
4 speed granny low
Full time 4x4( NP 203 transfer case)
I got the truck 10 years ago off a farm. It was parked under shed and I saw it when I was at the Farm buying some Turkeys. I asked the owner if it ran. He siad it did when it was parked 4 years a go. I asked if it was for sale?
He said yep. I asked How much, well we dickered and i got it for $600.
I came up the next week to get it running. I got her running and after rebuilding the carb and brakes I drove 50 Miles home.
I dive it fairly often but I need to rebuild the Engine because of low oil pressure.
And yes its rusty but I like it.
This was my first vehicle. Wish I had it today.

That is sweet. I've wanted one of those my whole life.

Present
I love to see dogs in old trucks. My wife doesn't like to drive in the Dodge because there is a lot of dog hair on the seat from Jack.
The Power Wagon is Jacks favorite truck too because Dad lets me ride up front and I can stick my slobery face out the window. Dad also will stop at McDonalds and get me a burger with no onions and let me eat it in the Truck[:D]

I don't know ........ That looks like Jack's truck to me. [8D][^]
my first truck was a 76 F250 ford 4x4 high boy 360 4 speed
I also had a 64 ford I made into a 4x4 used a jeep independent transfer case and parts from a 74 torino it was a attraction getter
I also had a few chevy 4x4 trucks I done as projects lift kits eng rebuilds paint . but never kept any photos [:(][:(]
I did just buy a 97 GMC z71 I know it does not sound that great
to many I am sure but here in Ohio a rust free anything even a few years old is rare but a 20 year old truck is a rare find at a reasonable price anyway
this one was bought new by a local fellows dad and he kept in the garage as he spent most of his time in Florida
This is the classic 1998 Nissan Frontier, 4WD with stick shift.
Towing my home made snow plow.
This truck is little, but it is a bad *! With the little 4 cylinder engine it will haul a load.
I built an addition onto my log cabin 2 years ago. Everything that wasn't a log, was carried up that mountain in the little Nissan.
Including, lots of 16 foot 2x12s and 2x10s.
You wouldn't think you could haul a 16 foot board in a Jap truck with a 6 foot bed, but, you can!
.
My 1968 British Land Rover Series 88 ,,,,,,,,,,4 forward gears/hi-low range/over drive in each gear with PTO shaft extending thru rear bumper,,,,,,
I knew an A&P mechanic once that had one and it had an all aluminum body which he striped and polished.
That thing was beautiful but would blind you in the bright sunshine.
Now I think of it my dad's cousin was a trucker in Japan. He had one of those trucks with all the flashing lights and samurai or was it an Oni painting. Think 1970's so they weren't as done up as they are now in Japan.
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
My current daily driver is a 1998 Dakota Sport w/ R/T package (this was 1st year production)
In the past I had a 1958 Chevy 3100 w/ a Mopar 413 in it (first truck). It was replaced with a 1959 Chevy Apache w/ a 1957 283 Dual Quad engine. Too bad it had the stock manual truck trans w/ creeper! That engine was wasted in that truck.
What I've drooled over since 1970 or so, and still seek, is a FORD F-100 (53-56) or a 55,56,57 Chevy (and a Cameo Carrier would be a dream)
If you can't feel the music; it's only pink noise!
My first truck was like this one, same color and age. I bought it while in high school and made $14.00 a month payments on it. It hauled a million bale of hay and several nice looking girls.

Left many a muscle car pilot wondering why his gal was perched up in that ol wreck instead of his brand new daddy bought racecar. [8D]
