    not too far from us south about 40 miles or so
    but they did get it opened back up a lot faster than originally thought , wonder why he was going the wrong way will be the big question

    Our guess also under the influence of something
    highway cameras show him driving the wrong way and people dodging him just before the tanker came around the curve

    What amazes me is the small northbound car at time marker 16:47:03 3 lanes east of the wall does not appear to flinch when the tanker explodes and seems to splash him with fire.

    He stays in his lane and continues north.
