People are apathetic today. Americans don't have any values or points of pride like we did just a few decades ago. As a result they have no ability to stand for anything.

Riots are kind of a French national holiday, the students riot for more handouts, the civil service wants a raise, the immigrants want more welfare. They seem to be rioting about something almost continuously. The students sometimes riot on Fridays, just because it's Friday.
A side note, the Medical sector employees here demanded a 15% pay raise, they gave them 3 1/2% and three months later the insurance companies raised their rates 15%.
There is more than one kind of tit. My opinion is it is time for Joe citizen to riot for some relief from the rest of the blood suckers.
