Sale day for a ranch in Harrison, taking them down this dirt road, across a paved state road and into the cattle trucks then they will be delicious hamburgers and steaks [:D]

Yep, got into some does there. Spooked off mama and had a shot on one of the yearlings but let them go, they were just too damn little.

Same here but from time to time a pickup or 4 wheelers were used. Best way to move cows is with a tractor, bale spear and a hay bale, they'll follow you off a cliff [:D]

It's been 6 months since I've seen clouds like those, almost that long without rain too, we're suffering bad [:(]

Dang, that brings back memories of when we used to drive 60 head of cows with their calves about 5 miles between farms. No 4-wheelers back then, either.

Yep Joe, that is a neat little ranch to hunt on. Also, I found a ranch that allows elk hunting but it is cows only, you will need a 360 cow tag and you have to make a phone call a few days in advance to schedule a day to hunt. Not going to put this out on the forum since finding places to hunt elk are tough but if you call me I'll tell ya who it is, it'll be our little secret freezer filling spot [:D]

Have you been on thier property off of 287? I've only been on the two off of Pony and Adkins. Had to quit early yesterday because the Big * was calling and this is my view upon waking up [:(]

There is a lot of cattle drives around Baker City Or. Them cow paddies stick to cars better than paint. That stuff is hard to get off.
