I told you guys two weeks ago Judge K would be confirmed. The four flusher Democrats overplayed their hand bigly and butt pirate Graham tore them a new * hole.

Facebook is like a morgue tonight. The reality has sunk in for most of the idiots.

The punk that defeated Roy Moore of Alabama, the first victim to fall under the new Democrat attack profile, said tonight he was voting against Kavanaugh. Very few of the dumb assed women or girly men that voted for Jones commented, however the ones that didn't roasted his *.

I am so looking forward to November. [:p][:p][:p]

9:30 or so for the first vote and it looks like Saturday or Sunday for the full group.
It's too late for me, save yourself.

9:30am committee vote, then Mitch is keeping them in session through the week end to have a full senate vote on Tuesday morning. No doubt the Dems will continue whatever procedural stalling that they can try, they likely spent most of the night regrouping in an attempt to scuttle the nomination. So long as Trump and Rep leaders stand with Kavanaugh I think he'll squeak through. I am sure the Dems have more surprise revelations about Kavanaugh in their back pocket. They haven't tried the white supremacist" route yet...another oldie but goodie.

The Bar Association has been corrupted by dollar chasing whores.

    Kavanaugh should have asked:

Senator Feinstein, is the FBI finds no corroborating evidence for Dr. Ford's claims, will it change your mind and would you vote for my confirmation in the full Senate?

The Bar Association does not want the truth. The Senators (neither Democrat or Republican, for that matter) do not want the truth. These power and money hungry folks want a political victory through a seat on the Supreme Court.

GOP Senators have stated that they support and will vote for Kavanaugh regardless of the testimony of Chrissey Ford.

Democrat Senators are on record as opposing Kavanaugh regardless of his testimony as well.

This is politics at its worst.

The manipulation of Ford (who came across as the village idiot) by the Democrats and lawyers who were working for the Democrat party is disgusting.

No one knows if anything happened to Ford. I think she believes something happened to her. From her testimony, however, she seems so fragile that she could be convinced of anything through external or even internal reinforcement. There is a better than 50-50 chance she believes what she is saying. There is a better that 80-20 chance that what she believes has little relationship to reality.

And yes, I have stayed in a Holiday Inn Express in the past year, thus my armchair psychologist credentials are current.
Freedom and a submissive populace cannot co-exist.

Glad so many are that confident. I will wait to see.

I obviously have no idea if he did or did not do what Ford is accusing him of. I do not understand why so many thought her hearing made her so "believable".

I do know that the charges were CLEARLY used as a tool for political benefit and that alone disgust me.

It would also appear that if you have anything at all on this guy it is from a time when he was in HS and drinking. Obviously the remainder of his lifetime has been spent practicing by all appearances "sainthood"!

    CONFIRM and move on.

No one "believes" one way or the other. It's all politics. I am simply disgusted with the way Feinstein waited until the last second to pull this stuff out of her rear. She could have done it months ago.
There would have been time for an investigation or another nominee. Their entire goal is to stall the nomination in hopes that they take control of the Senate in which case they won't approve anyone until after 2020.

I am disgusted by the charades the democrats have sunk to in all this.

But I still don't like Kavanaugh on the SC. Why? Because he helped enact the Patriot Act.

The Patriot Act is also the handiwork of GWB, and no Dem that is still breathing (and possibly some that aren't) would endorse anything GWB had his hands in.

I hate to say it Randy, but I agree,

The Patriot Act, was one of the single largest abrogation of our Rights, in modern history. Apparently, no one was paying attention.

Why anyone would hate to agree with me is a mystery wrapped in an enigma.

I cannot believe a person who says she was at a party and was sexually assaulted but doesn't know when it happened or where it happened , how she got there or how she got home and only drank one beer. There is no substantiating evidence of the event. God help us all if this is the standard for a conviction. This is not even enough facts to file a police report.
