Do you get tired?

I mean wore out bone tired and ready for bed at 9 PM?

It seems working around the clock is just not as easy as it once was. At 52 years young my day of "work" also includes driving time along with phone work and meetings, not just busting butt fixing something. Many years ago the drive was never thought of, even driving 5 hours to get there did not see to matter, now the drive is part of the tired.

I hope it gets easier in my 60's. This wore out crap is for the birds.

The energy of youth is indeed wasted on young people.

I have noticed that getting ready for harvest seems to take a little longer each year. Also, things seem to get heavier. Don

That's what I keep asking myself every day. All us broken old guys in the shop got to do all the heavy work and the 20-30 year old young bucks get the light stuff.

I knew how you feel... I started taking Siberian ginseng a number of years ago recommended by a friend. It sure helps with the energy and alertness level. I take 1000mg daily for 30 to 45 days then stop for 20 days and then return to the intake part and continue as a cycle. I tried 2000mg at first but I was bouncing of the walls.[:D] The reason for the start stop cycle is to prevent the body from getting accustomed to the ginseng and loosing its effectiveness. Its been making me younger. [^]

The secret to life is: Eat til you're sleepy, then sleep til you're hungry. Works for me, however for me, everyday's Saturday.

What is this "work" you speak of? Don't wanna, don't hafta, ain't gonna.[:D]

Try welding out in the oilfield at age 58! I don't have the energy for anything when I get home. Except type.
