I am pretty sure that the most arrogant man in the world is a former mayor of Albuquerque. And for so little reason in either case.
C'mon now, Smarty Marty could have been the most arrogant man in the World, but then we "elected" Dollar Bill Richardson!

Who was too much of a slob to be truly arrogant. He was a caring guy though, he had the state police protect his mistress, or so I am told.
