Question for leather workers

I have a Bianchi Hi Ride holster for a J frame that the belt loops are not as stiff as they should be. It is getting old and the gun wants to hang out a little instead of hugging the body. Is there any way to make the loops stiff again? They were hard as a rock when new.

Yes but you are talking about raw leather right? This holster has been finished. I would assume it is sealed also.
This has worked for factory made holsters too. Most holsters are sealed on the outside, smooth side of the leather. The inside part of the leather, the rough side, is usually not finished and will absorb water. Soak the holster a few hours and then dry it like I mentioned above. It works for me.
