Anybody can sue anybody for anything. Winning? Now, that's another matter. If you are hit with a nuisance lawsuit, never settle out of court. That is what they want. Instead, countersue for an even larger amount. [:D] Then, let THEM ask to settle out of court, in your $$ favor, of course.
