Gun Buybacks - Bans the destruction of buyback guns. All guns surrendered by the public at gun buybacks must be resold.
Local Gun Registries - Bans cities and counties from creating lists of gun sales or ownership.

Interesting to note which party was for and which was against this legislation. GOP FOR, Dems against... Hmmm...
It's true that in Arizona this is pretty much a Party Line deal. But do keep in mind that nationally the Republistains have supported gun bans too at times. We did not get all of our current gun laws strictly from Demoncraps. Both political parties have taken turns to do the wrong thing to control crime. As in screwing the law abiding instead of the criminal.
