What do you know of that you can do with a certificate?

    Hopefully you can hit it at the 25 yard line after taking the course.
    Here in illinois it will count towards 8 hours of the training required to get your ccl.

    nothing besides maybe apply for a pistol permit in certain states.

    You know, I think there's even lesser qualifications. Such as can you nibble a Pop Tart into the shape of a handgun? Can you see gun shapes in clouds?
