New TV show Battle Creek

Did anyone check out that new tv show Battle Creek? I probably have the most interest of anyone here because I live about a couple miles outside of town and work in Battle Creek.

    I watched it and it was okay seemed a little slow but I'll give it a chance.

    Cereal is the only thing from Battle Creek that anyone has ever heard of. Apparently the writers felt that big city crime shows have kind of allready been done. Most of them are from New York, LA, Miami, etc

    They wanted to write a crime drama that takes place in a smaller town with some of the small town challenges and decided to use Battle Creek MI reportedly from concieving the show while eating cereal and reading the box of all things!

    Any way, its obviously all the rage around here as we dont have alot of this kind of attention usually. The opening credits were all filmed here, but the show is being filmed in Hollywood. I dont know how long the show will run, but I thought it was pretty good. At least entertaining.
