Nevada Republicans have introduced a bill that would legalize Pop-Tart guns, finger guns and other non-lethal non-firearms in the state's elementary schools.

    How about we come up with a law that sets civil fines for being such a massive * adult that you would treat half-eaten food and art and such like as if a child had brought a nuclear bomb to school and set the timer to ticking?

    At only $5 per event of massive dumbassedness, the local school district would soon be charging some administrators and teachers to come to work, instead of paying them.

    Okay so maybe that's an exaggeration ...just a little one [}:)]
