Is this a valid excuse for not compleating the deal? I watched this mag for the last couple of days and now it's not in stock. If it is a valid excuse I cool with it.

"Hello! Unfortunately this mag is out of stock, and I was not informed of this before the listing. We tried to end the auction, but GunBroker would not let us because it had already been bid on. We apologize for this inconvenience. Thanks, James"

    Sellers,

how long do you wait after an auction ends for someone to contact you? I had an auction end friday and have not heard from the buyer.
I contacted him right after the auction ended with a total. Nothing yet. As a buyer, I always contact the seller no matter what- do some people just keep quiet and mail the payment?

Do any of you find this a little misleading? Complete in the tile, but states otherwise in the description.

No such thing as a "complete" upper without the Bolt Carrier Group and Charging Handle. So many sellers have gotten away with this sneaky advertising it's become something of a standard to start out with a bald faced lie.

It's wrong but as the WITHOUT statement in the text is pretty clear I figure the seller would get away with it.

Their other auctions have it in the title that the bolt carrier group and charging handle are included. so they are aware that "complete" means all the parts, no exceptions.
