Never ever make fun of someone's BE-Stinger.
BEE-Stingers: air guns, 22, 25, 32, 380 calibers

I can always hide a .380 in a pocket holster. Sometimes, a .38 snubbie. Concealing bigger really doesn't work for me around here.
Bigger guns for me are for open carry. 9mm and .45. Mostly, it'd be the 9mm. Because that's what I can shoot best, shot after shot.
If I was a big tall guy with great big hands I'd be hauling around some doublestack .45.
45 being no one makes a 1911 in any think larger
You could always just double up on the 1911... [;)]
Any caliber will work if you know what you're doing with it. At normal pistol ranges, a .25 will penetrate a skull.
38 special during hunting season....32 when out of the woods....concealed and easy to tote...yes I feel safe...[:o)]

For some reason over the winter a few times, wearing the thick bulky coat, I carried a .45 Colt revolver with full tilt loads.
Fortunately I never have had to draw on anyone but those times I surely felt safe...
a .22 placed right will drop a charging rhino,,
Seems to be a valid point....if you've never faced a charging rhino. [;)]
A hit with a .44 trumps two misses with a .22
and vice verse.
I carry the .380 for protection. When I'm not carrying .45, that is.
Regardless, a good folder is always clipped in my pocket.
Hey! It's concealable!
Bit of camo netting ... some cut up reeds and grasses ...
