The movie was "S.O.B.", a 1981 comedy. Julie Andrews plays a character much like herself who gets talked into a topless scene in a movie which is supposed to be a soft-core porn musical called "Night Wind". The topless scene is a movie within a movie as they film the part where she rips her top off.
