Yep, first week of Jan. State of State. Did you know if you pick up a dish and break it its a misdemeanor? Your spouse owns half of that dish and if she files for a order of protection under proposed new law if convicted you not only loose pistol but long guns also. Misdemeanor if property less than $100. If over it is a felony and we all know what that means. The King is taking the decision out of the judges hands and making it the law of the land. No surprise here. The Tyrant is upgrading his resume.

    King Andy is a dumb *...[}:)]

    He even sounds & speaks like one. Donald Trump doesn't have anything on Andy. I hope he does try and run for POTUS, because he won't get any votes outside of NY City. His failure would remove him as King of NY State...[:(!]

    Interesting that would be a civil matter here. You can't charge someone with stealing or destroying something they have ownership interest in. Millions will have to be wasted appealing that one to the State Supreme Court.

    Shilowar, I was repeating second hand info so I did my homework. Needs to exceed $250 dollars. Law already on books Article 145.00 NY Penal Law. Offense: Criminal mischief in the forth degree. It is a Class A Misdemeanor.

    Here is the problem, Cuomo does not want to leave punishment up to discretion of Judge if there is a conviction. So there's the rub, the King wants to take your guns away even if a misdemeanor conviction.

    Nightmare will start with NY State Domestic Incident Report form 3221.
