Good to see they are now putting Pratt and Whitney Engines in an Airbus. Never liked the whine of the Snecma engines, particularly on take-off. Does anyone know if these 320s will be used by European carriers, or are they producing in the US only to better compete with the 737?

Ever heard the GE90 "ripsaw" of takeoff!

Been flying a lot in a Boeing triple7. Great plane, but this engines are loud when pushed.

I've seen a lot of A320s under foreign flags. Not sure what the plans are with the new ones.
