The True Story Behind the Benghazi Attack
Watched it last night. Those guys went through hell and "left out to dry" by the powers (Hillary/Obama) in Washington.
It's included with Amazon Prime. If you haven't seen it, you should.

And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain

It seemed their was plenty of time to get help to these folks.
The Civilian contractors along with the embassy needed help badly.
We need fast air support and/or cruise missile/drone fire power for our assets on the ground when they are in trouble.
I don't like Americans being elsewhere and not getting support from the Governments/civilians we are their to assist either. You work with us and assist or we leave and if we have to be there scorched earth policy.
1) A FAST team
2) An armed drone
3) 2 fighter jets
I wasn't there, & I wasn't at the State Dept war room. But, I can imagine the conversation when the Secretary of State was phoned:
"Madam Secretary, the embassy in Benghazi has been attacked; the ambassador is in imminent danger."
"Don't you ever f
phone me at night again, or I'll have your g-- d--- a-- out on the street." Slam!
I also suspect that there's a recording of the conversation; it's in Harry Reid's top desk drawer.

It wouldn't have taken much to save them:

Heck they could have even supplied them with some RPG's and they would have fared better.

Thank God they are out of the decision making process.
