I want to smack the preacher's wife with an onion Sack full of biscuits and gravy. No you're not a "Christian Counselor". You're a feminist with "Christ love" at the end of the drivel. And they wonder why the congregation stinks..... Onion Sack.... Biscuits.... Gravy....with Christ's love... rant over....

    #1 reason I do not go to nor support any church. The bible talks of false prophets leading you to hell..

    Baptist tells you it is a sin to work on Sunday. Seventh day Evangelist it is a sin to work on Saturday but OK to work on Sunday. Muslims say I can have four wives, Methodist says only one.

    So not wanting to following nor lead someone into hell. I stay away from them all.. Then if I do go to hell, it will be my own doing and without taking someone with me.

    Well, I tell you what for sure. A man's relationship with God is a personal thing. Nobody else can tell you how to handle it. I talk to God a lot, and he always answers me. Not always in the way I want, but in his wisdom. Do not ever let inferior people come between you and God. I did, for way too many years.

    I am a christian. I do not believe in any man made denomination. Jesus did not define any denomination. In fact when asked about where we should worship god he said the true worshipers will worship in spirit and in truth. Paraphrased. John ch4- verses. 20-24.
    Jefferson had the same conviction and was called an atheist as was Einstein. When ever any man tries to tell you what God wants you to do you ought to reply. Then why didn't he tell me? As far as I am concerned to place your faith in any denomination is idolatry.

    God is great all the time. His messengers can be a problem. Each persons relationship with God is personal.

    In order to establish a relationship with God. The great books like the Bible are needed to get to know him. Hunting and fishing help us to understand Gods creations.
