I'm 5'10" with 32" waist and weigh 195, I work out with weights and do cardio 6 days a week.
It says I would live a couple more years if I was a scrawny 165 pounds.
Kind of wonder about those tests.
70's were not good to me.
Drank and smoked till I had a heart attack at age 34.
Triple By pass at age 50.
Think I'll make 72.
going to the gun store
With my current weight it says I'll live to 89 ... says 91 when I get to my goal weight of 165 (from 197 that I weighed this morning)
? otherwise, you'll find an excuse.
i"m already 68
For all of you that are predicted to live to between 75 and almost 100,..........be careful crossing the street, and quit driving.
These things are not accounted for.
Also stay in bed most of the day, as you may trip and split your skull open.[:D]
I'm sure I'll outlive most everyone here.

Driving is taken into consideration on this test.
