I was recently wondering why the GB general discussion never talked about generals. Well we have a general topic now.

    I found this

    http://www.militarycorruption.com/grazioplene.htm

Looking for more links to motivation of enimies and character of the general.

I can't imagine the military bringing charges after > 30 years; there's no way that such a case can be proven. The only thing that is certain is that the general will have his name & reputation destroyed.

Agreed.....but I don't know how you prove a case this far out if he doesn't outright confess to it.

The victim's testimony (Prosecutor's won't take a case like this unless the victim is strong and believable), as well as his access to the victim by each series of dates. Based on where the crimes are alleged to have occurred my guess is the victim is his child, or wife's child from another marriage or some other familial relationship. Why else would he have access to the same victim in multiple places of the US and Germany??

They need to court martial more of them for violating General order Number 1.

I can name at least 10 general officers who in some way violated GO#1 during OIF or OEF. I also could name at least 25 officers who violated GO#1 and nothing was done about it.

Enlisted guys got hammered for violating GO#1

You would be amazed at how some General Officers are treated and how they act. I could write a book about some of the stuff I have seen in Iraq and to a lesser extent in Afghanistan.
