Going south, straight to hell

I used the Baltimore/Washington Belt way going South at 2am like a wiz-kid
I used the Baltimore/Washington Belt way going North at 2pn like a tourist touring all of Washington and Baltimore.
Then I get this toll bill today.
I remember telling my wife about this beautiful hi-way and hardly anyone on it.
I knew it was a toll road but did not see any toll booths like the turnpikes to pay.
I said, they just must of finished it, very few signs and no pay toll booths yet.
YAH RIGHT!

    The solution: When driving on a tollway that IDs your car to send a bill since you haven't pre-paid; drive a vehicle old enough to be pre-GPS ID and angle the license plate so that the cameras can't read the number.
