Someone who is a 15 yo male and thinks they are female, and we respond to this obvious mental disconnect by removing his 'gun' and making him a brand new 'holster'.

    Makes perfect sense. In Oregon.

they should have listened to Tom McCall and put that big fence up along the California border- now it's too late, the Californicators have taken over.

You watch,a 15 year old gets their sex change and 5 years later they decide they made a mistake. They then sue the state and doctors for doing it because at 15 years old they was not mature enough to make that choice at their age and then the tax payers wallet gets a change.

Evildr235 makes the best point so far.

These children cannot enter into an enforceable contract, yet are being allowed, and no doubt in many cases being encouraged, to make a life changing decision.

I don't understand the concept of the state funding these surgeries and therapies at all, but to do it to a child is unforgivable.

One can only hope we look back at this time in our history and give thanks that reasonable thinking eventually prevailed, and the excesses of the progressives were eventually stopped.
Freedom and a submissive populace cannot co-exist.

The only question remaining is: Will anyone be able to find 10 righteous men in Oregon in order for God to spare it from the Sodom experience?

if this stupidity can not be wiped off the books then i think it should go ahead with 2 caveats...NO.1 it is irreversible....NO2 no further tax money will be spent on the recipient in any form related to this decision for the rest of their life

I believe there are far more of us than 10, Ray, but you have to get out of the Portland/Eugene/Salem city limits to find them.

Serious case of the Pervs and Weirdos running up and down the Willamette Valley. Portland is a cesspool. Eugene makes an Occupy encampment seem downright conservative, and Salem is full of gubmint drones and their enabling politician types.

    Bad Juju.

    just WOW
I thought it was terrible they would allow a minor to get a tattoo . shows how far I am behind the times .
do what you want but do it on your own dime

I watched a couple minutes of a show last night as flipping channels transgender kids had a born girl switched out to a boy looked very young but as I only seen about 3 of 4 minutes I did not catch the age . but the kid and family were all happy with the change so good for them ,

Around here in Illinois you can't go to a tanning booth until 18 -guess they will follow Oregon though and sex changes for minors will be ok:(

That is the understatement of the year, right there, Wpage.
I think most of the folks in the I-5 corridor have lost their frickin' minds (present company excepted, of course) and the only thing that's gonna fix it is a massive *.
6-7 more years and I'm outta this poophole!

I can gain one positive note. At least these freeks can't breed.

On the negative side, democrat owned media will want to make a reality show out of the transformation and plug the 15 year old as a role model.

    I was wonderin'...

If'n you don't wanna pitch anymore, and now prefer to catch...
You should rightfully be fully outfitted to catch, not pitch.

Same would hold for catchers who'd like to try pitchin'...

Who really cares if they can pitch or catch effectively.

You may be only a catcher (or pitcher) now with no recourse ever to pitch (or catch) again.
But, the game would soon get straight-ened out.

With only pitchers and catchers we'd have no more of this back and forth switchin'.
The game would again, be recognizable.

    Just my observation.

Already happening in heavy democrat voting states such as CA. "Heather has Two Mommies"
In the same areas, bring a Bible to school; your child will be expelled.

I lived in the Pacific NW for 14 years off and on stationed at Ft Lewis.

I always imagined the people there were liberty loving people that crossed the county on covered wagons and stuff.

I found out different. Most are really great people but the folks who occupy the I5 corridor are some of the most sick and twisted people in this country and have no idea what makes the world go around.

    This proves my feelings.
