    and NO govt employee will be punished...nothing will happen...just blow off some taxpayer money for incompetence.... seems we are fast approaching the Judge Dredd scenario of law enforcement

    I don't care how much that guy got, he was tortured worse than any prisoner in Gitmo he deserves it.

    I think the money should have been garnished from the wages of every person that works in that office/station.
