    Company I used to work for closed the Atlanta office and wanted everyone to move to Marshall/Longview area to be based out of that facility. I think one person out of the whole company took them up on it. (He had been planning to retire near there anyway)

    We just passed 337 here in Balto with a few hanging on at Shock Trauma. There's a bunch hidden as 'suspicious' in the morgue...anything to keep the body count down, though we still have a few days to go in '17. It looks like a mess everywhere.

    I think the standard response is "He was such a good young man-just starting to get his life turned around. He was going to enroll in the Community College....."

    That ranks right up there with "I only had 2 beers, officer..."

    The one that bailed in the car may have more problems. Attempt to commit a felony or aid in the commission, and someone dies during the act (even if the someone is your accomplice shot by the police) YOU get charged with Felony Murder.
