High School Dating

If I were a high school student of dating age and a young lady wanted to go to a party with me I would require at a minimum a notarized application for a date from her and notarized certification from at least two psychiatrists stating in plain English ?I am not a CRAZY *?.

    A notary public may be needed as well these days if one is to be a "player" in the 21st century dating world. Everything in triplicate with all the t's crossed and the i's and periods dotted.
