Been out putting stuff in the ground. Seeds I started earlier. Make a bet I will have a light sun Burn by the end of the day.

    Real nasty out, chilly, pouring down rain, cant go to the range. Guess I will just have to go to my room and make another Knife.

    Went smallmouth fishing on Navajo Lake and caught 3,let them go in the prespawn,arms and face sunburned crawdad red.Then got kicked out of the watering hole after 2 whiskey and waters.All I did was order a clamburger with thighs and an appetizer of greasy *[:)].Got to go fishing so it was a pretty good day.

    noreaster Went through Lastnite
    Freezing Rain Sleet Snow
    Woke up to broken Branches From My White pines in the Road and On Lawn
    LARGE ONES Snow load Too Much
    Went to Move my Truck ,,,POP ,,,I Broke the Drivers Door Handle
    Then Got out the Wheeler To plow just about Done And,,,POP,,,,Broke the Cable on the Winch That Raises The Plow Blade
    So I repair the Cable
    Finish Plowing.
    Then Repair the Door Handle Chevy has a Steel Pin Going through A Plastic Handle well Rusty Pin Acted Like a Chainsaw File Every time You Pulled the Handle it Chewed away At the Plastic Until It Wore through.
    Drilled a Hole in the Plastic Handle Ran A Zip tie Around Front of handle Around the Cussed Pin And Back out through the Hole and back to itself[:D] No Flop No Slop Fix it this Summer When It Nice out.[^]
    Country Boy Can Survive[:p]
    I would have thought That Handle
    Would have Lasted More than 230K Miles[;)]

    We got a bit of that, too.

    Ft. Drum was closed today.......lucky me, I spent most of the day fixing my furnace. Only $33 for the part and my on labor.

    I'm betting that any one of these things happening to me would have been a "well, we are done" moment for my day! (I'm not lazy....but if my rear ever gets cold its like I've been slipped a mickey!)
