Custom Contender Barrels

I'm getting back into Contenders & am looking for some Custom Barrels. Looked at Bullberry Site but haven't contacted them yet. Any other sources out there. Also, maybe a Octagon barrel for the H&R Single Shots. Thanks.

    Bellm is still in business? After moving (Not to say fleeing) from three different states at last count, I'm amazed.

    No, I meant Mike Bellm. I used to correspond and meet with Mike a lot. I had several of his barrels and used other parts he made for Contender's. He even made me a custom rifle - the last rifle he did before stopping general gunsmith work. I helped him a bit with the newsletter he put out until he discontinued it.

    And then he disappeared for a while. Got a note from him that he'd moved to another state and scaled back his business. After a while, same thing. Another move. A few years later, somebody gave me an address for him in yet another state. I haven't spoken to Mike or tried to reach him for more than a decade now.

    I have no knowledge of why, and I make no accusations. But he did seem to give the impression of turning into a gypsy gunsmith. That's all I can say.

    I just listed a bunch of barrels.....there is a Bullberry listed along with an E. Arthur Brown along with several Thompson factory barrels....check all of my listings and you should find a few you could use. There are 4 more to get listed. I will try to get the last of them done today to start tomorrow.
