Kel Tec KSG going for almost 50% MORE than MSRP?

I was looking at a particular gun shop's Facebook page, and stumbled across this:

Now, the MSRP is somewhere around $800. So, I looked further. Here is what I found:

Is this just as simple as supply and demand? Is this something that happens often with new firearms?
