Hi, Anyone know an extension to use when calling the number for the gunbroker store? It just goes in a loop and you can never get anywhere. Seems they of all people would have an accesible post auction contact number.

Google searches for a GB phone number turned one up that also tracks back to an airport limo service.
Another connects to a fax machine.
Another is a Denver exchange that actually belongs to a long distance phone service provider.
Clearly this was all planned by warriors of Guilder. We must be ready for whatever lies ahead ...
They do have a number listed for contact info. It just goes to a phone loop that you can never get out of nor leave a message.I think there's a sinister plan in there somewhere! Just E-mail "SUPPORT", oh wait, you tried that, never mind.
I'm sure that when one of the Red Stars lock this thread; and they probably will, if they stay true to form they will post that you need to contact "SUPPORT"; well, duh!!!!!
Seriously, there seems to be a recurring theme here regarding responsiveness, or lack thereof. Good luck!

Perhaps all Gunbroker employees are still at the Shot Show and didn't get the word that it has ended; after all, it was in Las Vegas.
Didn't get home till late last night. She'll take care of it.
the vast majority of questions can be answered by examining the faq's/tutorials. what cant be will be answered or solved by email within a very reasonable period of time.
i can understand why they dont have a phone number with a live person at the other end. the endless stream of stupid questions(i dont care what your kindergarten teacher told you, there are plenty of stupid questions) they would have to answer would occupy a batallion of customer service reps.

That makes me think of that relativity law..[:D][:D].

i get what you mean, but as i understand it, the vast majority of questions are answered in 2 days or less. that seems to be reasonable to me, but everybodys different.
you also need to take into account things like weather and SHOT. these things are going to cause delays.
but its very true that you just cant please some people. if gunbroker sent a representative to a peoples houses to answer questions in person within an hour of them being asked; some people would come here bitching that the rep didnt wipe their feet or came during lunch.

If you had 1.8 million registered users, you would have a computerized tool to help answer support questions as well. Besides, you ought to check your spam filter. Your question was answered well before you created this post.
Can I call you?

She's been on hold for 11 years.
Some different folks just popped up, very interesting.
Don't give them the attention they desire.

I remember gungal. What a beautiful human.
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
Excavation is still alive and well.
