They don't charge to pay. They will charge you to get it out of paypal, unless you link your bank account to PayPal then it's free.

CAUTION!!!!!! Do not link any bank account you use for bills or living expenses,ect. because they can freeze your account whenever they want.

I have a bank account I never use on my PayPal. As soon as I get the money transfered from PayPal to the bank account I remove it and put it in my main account with another bank.
