That's the choice tonight. We're meeting friends for dinner, two other couples.
Should we all meet for Italian, or a steakhouse? Hmmm, what to do...what to do....

Italian can be very good, as well, depending on the clientele.
Good Italian? Not so much.
Most of those places are about as authentic Italian as Olive Garden.
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
Good steak places are easy to find.

I like Olive Garden...Spaghetti. .and Meat Sauce...and they have a new Sirloin Steak...we had it tonight! Brought some home for tomorrow
We went to Italian.
I should have made a ribeye at home!
if its a true restaurant and not a prefab boil in the bag crap like olive garden
You could have dinner with Monica Bellucci at a steakhouse. And that is surely having your cake and eating it too.
THAT is a GREAT suggestion! Where can I make reservations? [:D]

I hear they just * 'em on the grill. and dago real good with a baked potato.
as a previous chef of the #1 Italian restaurant in saint Louis i can tell you that you can get a top rate steak without having to eat all Italian, look at the menu under "carne" if you want veal it should be under "vitello"

THAT is an impressive statement, Sir! Congratulations. Quite an accomplishment. My daughter is a freshman at the Culinary Institute of America...hopefully one day SHE will be "Yes, CHEF!" at a top rated place! [:D]
